• A new account cannot be created if any previous ace3 account has been permanently closed.
• Accounts must be operated in your own name and using your own payment method.
• Registration is not permitted from any country on ace3's restricted countries list.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Ace3 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to maintain a safe environment. The following documents may be required before any withdrawal request is processed: a national ID or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method. ace3 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal until KYC verification is complete.

  Single Account Policy Each person may hold only one ace3 account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

  Password Security You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify ace3 immediately.

  Account Transfer Prohibited Selling, transferring, or allowing a third party to use your ace3 account is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in permanent account closure.

  Information Updates If your contact details or payment method change, update them immediately in your ace3 profile settings. ace3 is not responsible for payment delays caused by outdated information.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ace3 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, and failure to comply with those terms may result in the bonus being forfeited.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after meeting the applicable wagering requirements — typically 20x to 35x the bonus amount. The exact wagering requirement for each bonus is listed on its promotion page.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed once per person.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days. If the wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated on the ace3 promotions page.
• Ace3 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
• If bonus abuse is identified, ace3 reserves the right to close the account in question and cancel any associated bonuses.

Welcome Bonus

New ace3 members receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify, and the bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.

Permitted Conduct

Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to server disconnection or a technical fault, ace3 reserves the right to void the game result and refund the bet. ace3's technical decisions are considered final.

Suspicious Activity

If ace3 finds evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, bot usage, or any other irregularity on an account, that account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

• Session Limit: You can set a limit on how many hours of gaming you play in a single session.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

You can close your account at any time by contacting ace3 support. Please withdraw your balance before closing. Any bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Ace3 may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
